Health and Safety is very important in order to keep people safe, particularly in the workplace. There are many rules and regulations set in place that must be complied with in order to make people aware of all the hazards and any dangerous situations that people may encounter. However, in recent times we’ve all heard stories where health and safety has been taken too far.
