This week in tech was filled with shiny and exciting gadgets. We might not have caught a glimpse of the future like we did last week, but we were thrilled at how awesome the present can be.
We reviewed the highly anticipated Amazon Kindle Paperwhite, got our hands on the best clock radio you’ll ever see (and listen to), wielded the ultimate remote control and cozied up to the next generation of Nest, the best-looking thermostats on the planet.
We also had a chance to see a juicy preview of the new SimCity that hits stores in February 2013, and it’s looking better than ever. Toyota also showed us its future smart car, a single-seater that will serve you location-based ads.
Finally, when we heard there was a smartphone inside the magazine Entertainment Weekly we thought we had to look ourselves and see if it was true. Turns out, there really is one. We know because we tore it apart. You can check yourself - we have video!
