As denizens of the internet, we know it's full of information and awesome online communities. We are thrilled and happy to know that knowledge is at the tips of our fingers. But we should also be familiar with its dark side: the trolls. Who are the people who love, or are obsessed with, trolling and why do they do what they do? What goes through the mind of a troll?
