As we enjoy Memorial Weekend, we look back to another great week in the world of technology. And if you're wondering what happened in the last seven days, worry not - Top 10 Tech brings you a list of the most important techno-stories of the week.
Undoubtedly, the biggest news of all was the much-anticipated unveiling and launch of the Microsoft Xbox One. It has the potential to be much more than just a gaming console.
Other than the big Xbox One launch, perhaps the biggest "other" announcement was the confirmation that Yahoo acquired Tumblr, in an attempt to revive the dormant tech giant. And it wasn't the only attempt. In fact, on Monday, Yahoo announced a new Flickr interface as well.
And there was one more important story from another tech giant: Twitter finally implemented two-step verification to make hacking accounts a little bit harder.
Oh, and we also had a 3D-printed bionic ear, a health-monitoring device that resembles Star Trek's tricorder, and a new record for the fastest Wi-Fi network.
