Have you ever wished you could lift your pen off the paper and draw in the air? Sounds crazy, but now you can! Peter Dilworth and Maxwell Bogue from Boston-based company WobbleWorks [Facebook page] have created the world’s first 3D printing pen!
“Using ABS plastic (the material used by many 3D printers), 3Doodler draws in the air or on surfaces. It’s compact and easy to use, and requires no software or computers. You just plug it into a power socket and can start drawing anything within minutes.”
3Doodler can be used to create jewellery, fridge magnets, personalize your iPhone case or even for minor repair work. And the best part - it’s probably the cheapest way to 3D print. Now go and fund them on Kickstarter!
