This is a wonderful time-lapse video showing the magical beauty of Mount Everest at night. It was produced by Lebanese adventure filmmaker Elia Saikaly, whose feat of both climbing and filming in the "Death Zone" of the mountain is truly an astonishing accomplishment. This is what he has to say:
Experience the beauty of Mt. Everest at night in time-lapse. While most climbers slept, I attempted to capture some of the magic that the Himalayan skies have to offer while climbing to the top of the world.
