Light - both natural and man-made - is often taken for granted. While it may seem like one of the easier components of office design, don’t overlook it. Too much or too little light can affect our biological clocks, sleeping patterns, mood, and energy level. And different activities require different levels of light. While overhead light is a foundation of many offices, experts recommend desk workers have individual desk lamps, which allow flexibility from employee to employee.
