SYRIA: EXPOSING THE LIES BEHIND THE CAMPAIGN TO INVADE IRAN

This is a must read article. My previous post alluded to the other side of the Syrian story. With video evidences, this article demonstrates how the Syrian crisis and the violence that ensued are being orchestrated and manipulated by the western powers and their media to justify regime change in Syria and subsequently Iran.

A breakdown of videos examining “peaceful” Syria protestors armed with Israeli weapons attacking the police, faked videos of “dead protestors”, and the real story of what is happening in Syria.

When you look at the events occurring in Syria through the prism of what is reported through western media outlets, the justifications for invading Syria and overthrowing Assad appear to be pretty convincing.

But when you remove the filtered lens of the corporate media reports and see the story through, you will soon realize what was reported as fact is nothing more than a well-crafted prism of propaganda in the form of lies surrounding the arming of a violent revolution as part of psychological operations perpetrated through media manipulation by our icy manipulators.

To explain how this is being done, we will first examine the political context of the Syria conflict. Then we will view videos proving that what the the media reports as “peaceful protestors” are in fact violent revolutionaries being armed with military grade equipment by western governments. The videos show these “peaceful protestors” attacking police by firing missiles and weapons, and filming the response of the police. You will also see the “peaceful protests” are staged FAKE videos following the response of the police, which western media runs repeatedly to embed the images of dead peaceful protestors into the psyche of the public.

Syria And The Conquest For Iran’s Oil

It is no secret that the American public is sympathetic to people around the world being slaughtered by ruthless dictators. Showing images of such brutality repeatedly on the news is a sure fire way of manipulating the psyche of the masses to support the invasion of a country where such brutality is occurring.

Yet have you ever stopped to think, “Why does America choose to step in some situations and totally ignore others?” Take for example the slaughter in Darfur, Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria and countless other nations. When real violence is taking place in these place, much worse than what is alleged to be happening in Syria, the truth is that since they don’t hold any strategic resources, such as oil, the imperialist simply chose not to get involved.

Instead, they use government think tanks to first identify the targets the military industrial complex can use to get the the best bang for their buck. The think tanks then design a plan of psychological operations to drum up support for the invasion of those nations. Take for example the fabricated intelligence reports of weapons of mass destruction used to justify the invasion of Iraq for the "prize" of secure oil supplies.

Indeed, we see the same kind of propaganda tactics being used to drum up support to invade Iran for their oil. Repeated and absurd claims such as Iran developing a nuclear weapon, training 1000s of female ninja assassins, allegedly supporting and ordering terrorist attacks against the U.S., and - get this - engaging in central banking practices that are so manipulative they require the President to declare a national emergency.

When we turn our eyes to Syria, many quickly point out that Syria doesn’t have the strategic resources that Iran and Iraq have. However it is not hard to connect the dots. Taking out Syria is key to a quick successful invasion of Iran.

If Iran is invaded while Assad is still in power, NATO will find themselves in a completely different war. This tactic is clearly revealed in a recent article on Washington Post, a newspaper well known for being the mouthpiece to plant U.S. intelligence propaganda.

Imperial regimes can crack when they are driven out of their major foreign outposts. The fall of the Berlin Wall did not only signal the liberation of Eastern Europe from Moscow. It prefigured the collapse of the Soviet Union itself just two years later.

The fall of Bashar al-Assad’s Syria could be similarly ominous for Iran. The alliance with Syria is the centerpiece of Iran’s expanding sphere of influence, a mini-Comintern that includes such clients as Iranian-armed and -directed Hezbollah, now the dominant power in Lebanon; and Hamas, which controls Gaza and threatens to take the rest of Palestine (the West Bank) from a feeble Fatah.

His fall would deprive Iran of an intra-Arab staging area and sever its corridor to the Mediterranean. Syria would return to the Sunni fold. Hezbollah, Tehran’s agent in Lebanon, could be next, withering on the vine without Syrian support and Iranian material. And Hamas would revert to Egyptian patronage.

The bloody internal struggle over the future of Syria is increasingly taking on a wider, regional dimension that could be seen as a proxy war times two.

At one level, it is a showdown of the old Cold War dimension, pitting the United States and other Western countries against Russia and China. But there is a second proxy battle going on, as throughout the Middle East battle-lines are being drawn between governments that support and those that oppose the al-Assad regime based mostly on allegiance to Shiite and Sunni heritage.

Turkey – Syria’s most powerful neighbour – accuses Syrian President Bashar al-Assad of massacring his own citizens. The Turkish prime minister threatened new pressure tactics in an address to Parliament.

“We will start a new initiative at this point with those countries that will be on the side of the Syrian people, and not with the Syrian regime,” Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told his Parliament.

(CNN) – As the international community debates how to stop the bloodshed in Syria, intelligence experts are looking closely at possible terrorist scenarios that could occur should the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad go.

Among those scenarios is the question of whether terrorists could get their hands on Syria’s weapons arsenal, which includes not only stockpiles of chemical and biological agents that have not been accounted for with the international community, but also a sophisticated anti-ship missile system as well as a small fleet of surface to surface missiles.

“If things continue to deteriorate in Syria, there are a number of scenarios in which proliferation becomes a risk,” said Aram Nerguizian, visiting fellow at Burke Chair in Strategy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington. “The Syrians have been playing with chemical weapons capabilities for decades. By regional standards, you have a regionally mature chemical weapons system in Syria.”

Of course all this have led to the latest reports that the military is exploring the various options of dealing with the Syria threat.

U.S. military beginning review of Syria options

Although the U.S. focus remains on exerting diplomatic and economic pressure on Syria, the Pentagon and the U.S. Central Command have begun a preliminary internal review of U.S. military capabilities, CNN has learned.

The options are being prepared in the event President Barack Obama were to call for them. Two senior administration officials who spoke about the review to CNN emphasized that U.S. policy for now remains the use of non-military options.

The focus on diplomatic options was underscored by the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations in an interview with CNN on Tuesday.

“Before we start talking about military options, we very much want to ensure that we have exhausted all the political, economic and diplomatic means at our disposal,” Ambassador Susan Rice said on CNN’s “Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer.”

The president has also said that the U.S. is working on non-military options first.

“I think it is very important for us to try to resolve this without recourse to outside military intervention, and I think that’s possible,” Obama said in an interview with NBC News that aired during the Super Bowl on Sunday.

But the military is beginning to look at what can be done. One of the senior U.S. officials called the effort a “scoping exercise” to see what capabilities are available given other U.S. military commitments in the region.

So far the propaganda being used to justify an invasion is convincing…but…

When you actually investigate the real story of what is happening in Syria, your eyes will open to an entirely different world. One based on lies, psychological operations, media manipulation, and the arming of a violent revolution.

Truth be told, Occupy Wall Street has already shown us how the U.S. deals with peaceful protestors. Recall what happened to Ruby Ridge and Waco and you can imagine the response if Occupy protestors were running around in the streets armed with missiles and assault weapons and firing upon riot police.

Mrs. Thana al-Mohamad, a resident of Homs, said that she recognized two corpses of her relatives among those shown by fabricated satellite images; they were kidnapped 17 days ago in Homs Governorate. Khalid al-Shalabi, another resident of Homs, said to Syrian TV, that some members of the armed terrorist groups are disguised in military uniforms, shooting randomly at the citizens of Homs.

Tens of innocent civilians were kidnapped by armed terrorist groups in different places inside Syria; many of them were tortured, raped and killed at the hands of the terrorists, supported by some countries like Qatar, Turkey, France and many others.

However, the TV satellites of lies and fabrications did not highlight the fact that had those killed been hit by mortars, as they claim, their bodies would have been turned into tiny pieces.

”The TV Satellites of instigation, partners with the armed terrorist groups and so-called the Istanbul council, have been launching a hysterical campaign of provocation and incitement to the shedding of the more of Syrian blood so as to influence the stances of some countries at the UN Security Council,” added the source.
