It was another exciting week in tech, and as we do every Saturday here at Top 10 Tech This Week, we've got you covered in case you missed something.
Chances are you didn't miss the biggest story of the week, though. We're talking about Facebook Home. After much speculation, and rumours that indicated it was going to be the much-whispered Facebook Phone, turns out it's more like a super-app, or Android skin. We were in Palo Alto for the announcement and we can tell you all you need to know.
In non-Facebook-related news, Chinese search giant Baidu confirmed it's working on a Google Glass-like device, although it doesn't plan to commercialize it. Speaking of Google, rumours indicated this week that the company will launch the new Nexus 7 this summer, probably announcing it in May at Google I/O.
In other news, Porsche announced its first plug-in hybrid sports car, a photo enthusiast built a really tiny camera and a Russian billionaire announced he wants to create real-life cyborgs. Good luck with that one!
